Apparently the answer is...since the 735 is quattron, sharp would have to convert an existing quattron line to be able to produce an 80" quattron set.
They converted a non-quattron line that'd been making 40" sets and used it to make 80" instead. I guess they'd been cutting the glass into four 40" sets. Now they just leave it as one 80".
So back to your Q, they'd have to do the same to an existing quattron line. Or, I suppose (?) they could add the quattron yellow pixel into the 623 assembly line? Nt sure how feasible that is.
