It's more or less a $60 map pack, with some minor adjustments. If you're a COD junkie, it's probably worth the coin.
I do like the point streak system over the kill streaks, and the prestige awards that carry over from prior games.
Some of the weapons are overpowered, but I'm sure they'll balance that out over time. There's always a few no-scope sniper monkeys running around in a room. That can get annoying.
Past that, lag is still an issue, especially playing with a group of friends. 2-3 friends seems to work fine, but if you get 4 or more in a room it's a mess. Makes you scratch your head too when everyone in your party is running a wired connection, in DMZ (all ports open), with full bars showing, and in < 50ms ping rooms. How do you still get horrible lag? It's not much fun dumping a clip in someone and having them hit you once or twice AFTER, and you die.
