This question seems to get asked every couple of years, so I'm hoping since it was last asked some company has decided to make it happen.
I'm running hdmi through a masonry wall and would love to not have to drill a 1" hole to put it through. It seems this would be a common enough need that someone would have a removable head, but it seems not to be the case.
The best option I can come up with thus far is (and I don't actually know if this would work) running an hdmi to micro-hdmi cable through then converting the micro-hdmi male back to an hdmi male with something like this:
http://www.usbsea.com/products/HDMI_...-AD-HMHF4.html
I'm sure that's not the most elegant solution, but does anyone know whether it would work or if there's a better way to accomplish the same ends?
Thanks!
