Best option for 480p -> 1280x800 DVI scaler?

I'd like to play my Wii on my HP LP3065 monitor, which only accepts 1280x800 DVI and 2560x1600 DL-DVI inputs. What are my best options for a scaler? So far, the only device I've found that appears to be a sure thing is the Extron RGB-DVI 300, which goes for about $500. Do I have better options?
