Has any one else had any issues getting movies to playback 5.1 audio after the 4.4.2 update? I have my library of movies (ripped via Handbrake). Each file has a primary AAC track and a secondary 5.1 track. Before the update, everything was working fine...cue up a movie with my iPad remote and it plays back with 5.1 as advertised.
Since the update, video plays back fine, but with the absence of audio. Selecting the stereo track and switching back to the 5.1 track "fixes the glitch" , but it's quite annoying. I've tried a few test encodes swapping the order of the tracks or disabling the stereo track in Subler. These modifications usually break iPad compatibility though. I've posted over at the HB forums, but was curious if anyone over here had seen something similar or had an idea as to how to fix this. Even better, at this point, I would downgrade to 4.3 if I could!
