I am wondering if their are any device out there that can take 2 incoming HDMI signals and mix them to one side by side PIP signal going out.

What I want to do is send both my Dish and HTPC side by side to my projector. be able to be on the computer and watch TV at the same time.

The Lumagen Radiance XD and XE units will do this.

Thanks, looks like a great unit. But way more then what I really need. I don't really need all the video processing that it can do. But I was afraid that to do what I want I would have to spend a lot of dollars on an all out video processor. So I guess I will just have to do with out if I can't find a chear answer. Would be a good thing to build into a pre/pro.

Would indeed be handy to keep an eye on the cricket [or gridiron ] as I used to do with a lg hd pvr ; [so its not expensive to implement at all] .
Something the cary 11v can do to ; though reliability and cost most probably not

I am also looking for a simple 2 Component Input, 1 Component output with Side-by-Side for like $200 or so. Cannot find.
DVDO is working on a new Matrix Switcher that has 6 component inputs and the output(s) has 5 small PIP windows over one full screen. Seems they could provide a side-by-side option in addition to the 5 PIP on one.

Many old pro seamless swtichers on Ebay have this. I have a device from Aurora, I think the dido. Good for cooperative games....
