What irks me the most about Purolator is, I pay for example say 27 dollars for shipping an item to me, now most people are at work during the day when delivery trucks try to make a delivery. So I pay 27 bucks or whatever shipping is on my item, and I have to drive over to the Purolator depot half way across the city, to pick my package up myself (the next Day) because they wont leave your item at the door, or around back, at the side of the house, wherever. I pay for the item to be
delivered to my door, and I have to go pick it up myself because they dont do a second delivery attempt either. I realize Purolator doesnt want to be responsible for "lost" (read: Stolen) items they have left on someones doorstep but why are people paying for a delivery service when they have to do part of it themselves.
I dont have any recent incidents because I havent used Purolator in years because of the facts I pointed out, and I choose other couriers over Purolator for the same reasons when I choose my carriers during checkout while online shopping.
