There are no standalone CD players worth mentioning under $200. It is niche market now, so price is high. For Flac, get Squezeebox Touch (I saw it offered for $230 recently), it has good DAC inside (comparable to any sub $1000 player). If you still want to play physical CDs, do it on your home theater system, using DVD/BD player as a transport. DACs inside most mid-range receivers are sufficient, unless you have multi-thousand dollars speakers. But then you likely won't limit your budget to humble $200.

I've had great luck over the years buying used (knock on wood) and recently picked up a used Oppo 83 for about 3 bills.

The Oppo 93 is a great choice. It's pretty good for analog audio (if that is your intent) but obviously not as good as the Oppo 95.
