panasonic plasma TC54PS14 issue with firmware

I have a Pana Plasma TC54PS14. I downloaded firmware 2.26 and copied the three files to a sd card formatted with the SD card formatter. I turned Tv on and inserted card. A screen is supposed to come up indicating how to update firmware. The screen does not appear. I tried 2 other sd cards. Anyone know how to get this thing to flash?

I had the same problem. Did you ever figure out how to get it to flash?
