You got that right, partner. I go out of my way to ignore the ravings of wing nuts regardless of their particular political persuasion.

Totally enjoyed it, even in regular DVD. Still can't stand the lens flare.

I always find JGL's acting range superb for his age, ever since GI Joe, Inception and TDKR.

Time travel is always a great theme in any science fiction and this one is exceptionally well done, comparable to Twelve Monkeys.

Don't know why Emily Blunt had her hair dyed in blonde. Does it matter to the plot? The cussing was awful.

The Rainmaker is awesome.

This one is a keeper among the current crop of sci-fi..

As was discussed above, it was just a dumb thing to do.

Sorry for the confusion.

The Rainmaker is a character in Looper while Matt Damon is in another movie also called Rainmaker from last century.

Cussing = cursing.

Oh, that. Yeah, this internet posting is not so great at communicating. frown.gif

I'm sure oink knows that but what I think he wondered may be why you felt that the cussing was awful in a R rated movie. Compared to Tony Montana in Scarface... eek.gif

Yeah, that.

I didn't notice an abundance of cussing/cursing in this movie...it's R-rated, kinda part of the deal...

Scarface - yes. Reminds me of any of Tarantino's movies.

Guess shows my age.
