Is it possible to reach video out from my Samsung LED TV which doesn't have any video out port?
Is there possible to buy any LVDS HDMI/VGA converter and get video stream on PC from TV?

There is no way the media companies would allow a TV to output anything sourced from digital. Some TV's had (and may still have) analog video outputs that work with the analog tuner and maybe pass-thru analog inputs. Anything digital will NEVER be output from a TV, other than audio.
