Can anyone help with sharps customer service i keep getting stiffed run arounds my screen is horrible and they keep blowing me off and its been a week already

Got this tv about a year ago for $849.99 at my local Military PX. No problems so far but one thing I noticed was no where on the tv or in the manual does it state 120Hz except for the outside of the box it came in. I called Sharp customer service and they were complete idiots. The guy I spoke with put me on hold multiple times to get more information. He didn't even know what the refresh rate was nor the native rate. He was a complete idiot. Worst customer service ever. Other than that I am happy with the tv. Also installed F/W 2.13.

HELP! I tried updating the firmware and it said "updating". Then the screen turned off and it will NOT POWER BACK ON.

Did I just brick this thing?!?!?! What do I do?!?!?!

NMD. Just unplugged it and plugged it back in, and now it's working. Weird.
