My dad just called and said he got the new HHgregg ad. Said the 70LE632 is back down at $1999 starting end of next week. No link yet, just a mail ad.

That's great! This TV is amazing! Better looking than the 3D TVS. My HHGregg had an open box for a little more than this price. They drop it another say $400, worth it.

No, I dealt with Paul's directly so that I could get their low price and 30 day price match.

If anyone has bought from them directly, do you recall how long it took to ship out from the time you placed the order? They quoted me 5-7 days until I receive it but I'm guessing it's more like 10.

HHgregg changed their price effective today to keep up with best buy and sears. All $1999, but on HHgregg.com you can use the promo code hhgives5 and get another $100 off. I'm going to see if I can use that along with the 5% you get with using an HHgregg card today. Heading up their soon I believe.

I used to own a Sharp 52" 700UN with direct LED backlight and went thru a disaster of warranty replacements with Sharp over the last 2 years (involving edge lit replacements since they didn't make the 700UN any more). They finally agreed to give me my money back so I'm starting to look around again at the full array LED options out there. I'm still a little unfamiliar with all of these Sharp 70" Models (632, 732, 733, 734, 735), but aren't there more differences between the 632 and 735 than just 3D? I thought the 735 was quattron and the 632 was not which indicates a different panel being used, correct?

I had it in my HHGregg account. I guess they just give it out to users who have accounts. No code or anything. It is in your cart and you apply it. Mine says the following:

735 is also full array as opposed to edge lit and has 240hz. I recommend paying a bit more and getting the set you want, if indeed you want a 3d, full array, etc. Otherwise, just get the 632. In my case, I figured in tax and the difference is about $500 between the 632 and 735 so I got the 735. I have 10 days for an exchange through Pauls, plenty of time to see if there are any major issues with the set.

And the 735 professionally calibrates better...it can be dialed in extremely well.

They won't move on their price right now. They will claim overhead. Your best best bet is to go with an online reputable company and don't worry about the shipping. If it's a good company, they will honor their shipping/return/replacement guarantee. Good luck.

Everything i've seen specifies the 70" 632 as full array (the sixty inch is not). From Sharp's site on the 70":
