Ghosting Issue for Panasonic Plasma

I recently bought a Panasonic Viera TC-P42S30 1080p Plasma TV and I seem to be having an issue with it. I have never owned a plasma, and I assumed there would be no ghosting because of the refresh rates. But when I play games on Xbox I see a strange ghosting when looking left and right. Most notably when on the menu screens. Is this a TV issue or is it because of the Xbox. Or possibly a setting I'm not using. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!

After researching more I believe this might be judder. Not sure though. Might have to return this if its something that can't be helped. Still would like input if anyone has experience.
