Thanks for reporting your story. I almost ordered a focupix screen (they had a great thanksgiving sale). After hearing your story, I am glad that I didn't. Unfortunately, fewer and fewer companies recognize the importance of good customer service.

I usually recommend HTdepot for those on a budget, guess not anymore. Hope you get your issues resolved. Have you considered Carada for your grey screen purchase? I have a Carada screen and love it. Customer service is truly where they shine as well.

i had a focupix screen from them. waves started less than 6 months after I had it. i replaced it with an elite screen, much happier now.
