This sci-fi action thriller stars Guy Pearce and Peter Stormare. International trailer here (contains one F-bomb, FYI):

Cool....I'm intrigued.

New trailer tells a little more of the story and lets us see more of the world as well. Also, it should be noted that the title has been changed to "MS One - Maximum Security" (which will hopefully be adjusted further prior to release)

So, Snake Plissken is BACK!

Snarky dialog and swap NY for...Space!

They coulda made it someone else's daughter instead of The President's,
but old habits die hard

I saw the trailer for this and the first thing I thought of was that THIS was Escape to Space but... then Guy Pierce showed his face and his name was Snow or something.

Heheh. Even though it ain't more Plissken I'm intrigued. Nobody seems to make these kinds of movies anymore (maybe it's cuz they usually suck. lol) and I just eat up good ol' Sci-fi.

Apparently they realized how awful of a title that was, and stuck with "Lock-Out".

The smart-alecky sarcasm was fine for the interrogation scene, but got old real quick. Personally, I would've hog-tied the yappy girl and sent her on her way. Been dying lately for some good sci-fi, but unfortunately, this isn't it.

I don't hate the guy or anything but I've always knew in my heart Guy Pearce is a vastly over rated one trick pony from Memento. This action flick which puts him straight and center as the star who has the weight to show whether or not he can really carry a big budget I think says it all. He can't carry a big budget action like a Damon orWalberg and that's at best he's a supporting role type of fella.

And if you tell me other wise, he's brilliant... blah blah blah, I'll say go watch another one his late dandy work like Don't Be afraid of the Dark.

He wasn't too bad in lawless as the special agent. He didnt suit this film imo

Everything about Lawless was crap, total waste of cast. I pray Gangster Squad is nothing remotely like this

Lawless had its moments but wasn't perfect. Lockout sucks big time.
