Good use of a small space!

I think this is a rather bad use of space that is too small for a HT setup. Especially coz it looks too narrow. Narrow in respect of sound stage imaging. Think of a panning scence effect where a train enters on the right side, goes through the center and leaves on the left. In this setup you are going to loose all the illusion the film mixers recorded in the FX sound tracks coz the effect will collapse right in the middle only moving a bit to right/left.

Dunno if there is any other location in your room for a much better speaker setup, but its definitely advisable to experiment with wider location of LRs a bit. How about your surround placement?

I would agree with spreading out the speakers if at all possible but if not it is definitely a nice use of that space because everything fits together like a game of tetris.
