Good review and a good price:

I don't know anything about that sub, but I couldn't really see any reason to buy that over something similarly priced from HSU or Outlaw.

Agreed, but I figured I'd post anyways if someone knew of it.

Seems to be priced a bit too close to the SVS PB-12nsd and Outlaw LFM-1 Ex. Cut off about $200-300 and you may a good value

You can now get a Episode ES-sub 12 for $500. It is cheaper then the Outlaw and rated higher on a neutral site. Although the Outlaw was rated excellent. Some times it nice to have a high quality sub that not is owned by everyone.

I am keen in the Episode ES-SUB-12-300 subwoofer. Where can you buy it for $500 ?? Can you advise the retailer's name and email / website ? Thank you.

I am also curious where you've found it for $500.

Is there a good thread for $400-700 subs? The other subwoofers I'm considering so far are:

Episode ES-sub-12-300
Outlaw LFM-1 Plus ($549 msrp)

Power Sound Audio XV15 ($799 msrp)

NHT B-12d ($799 msrp, $639 quoted by a dealer)
