I am need of assistance with a NL3100. We have a wired touchscreen panel that seems to be caught in a programming loop of some sort. While it acknowledges keypresses in the particular application it is in it will not exit the application to allow us to control the room this unit is installed in. I've tried rebooting and hard power offs but it keeps coming up to this same non-responsive application. How do I prompt this unit to return to the default menu without destroying the code that is currently on it?
