Bose 191

Hi All,

I did some remodeling a few years ago and mounted a pair in the kitchen and a pair in the living room. I will drive them through a speaker selector from a Pioneer VSX-1021K. I tested the kitchen pair on the Zone 2 of the receiver and they sounded a little tinny.

Am I going to need sub-woofers? At the moment the one receiver SW out is being used for the 5.1 in the den? How do I get better sound with this hardware?

Thanks in advance,

Frank

Use eq to lower the 1-6khz area? Does that receiver allow you to adjust the zone2 outputs independently of the main outputs with MCACC or whatever it's called?

I don't know, I've only had the receiver a few days, but I will look into it. Reading the manual, it doesn't appear that way
