I had ordered the same woofer on the June 23 and again on June 24 and received the 15% discount. I actually had a print out of the on screen confirmation which showed I was to get the 15% discount but when the item came I saw I had been charged the regular price. I called and was basically told to take it or leave it and if I was unhappy they (you) would be happy to pay to ship it back and issue a refund.
I pointed out how stupid that would be for you to pay for shipping (it was a pretty heavy 15 inch sub-woofer) and then sometime later that year you would have another sale and I would place another order and the bottom line you would pay for two additional shipping fees or if they would just give me the discount as we spoke the story would be over. After the person on the phone talked to her boss they offered something less than the 15% and I accepted.
