Got two sets of Rc-micros 5.0 ($170), s10.3 ($200), denon 2112ci ($450). I just couldn't pass up the rc micros at that price. Figured they would always work in a smaller room later. Prewired my living room for 7.1. The surrounds and rears are mounted on a 10ft ceiling. Rest are spread around around 9' radius. The living room is 16'x24' but the sofa is 9' from the wall. And rears 9' ft behind and surrounds just behind.
Ok I know my micros are too small. But should do a decent job as rears and surrounds since they must be ceiling mounted. And the 150-120 hz gap btw the speakers and sub is large but hoping denon can "fix" it enough for improvement over my old htib.
Where do I upgrade this 7.1 micro, literally, system. Was thinking an rc-lcr center first then I set over rc-10s for the fronts next? By the way I can't even hook this up for a month or two. And the upgrades need to wait for a little, kinda got wrapped up and over budget, deal shopper hahaha
Any suggestions?
