Panasonic GT30 60" with Monoprice 6517 Mount

I have purchased the ST30 60" and need an articulating mount. I have used Monoprice ones before and like the quality and pricing. I was looking at the 6517 http://www.monoprice.com/products/pr...seq=1&format=2 but have read some comments that it requires modification. Is that going to the be the case? Will it be easy modification or should I look at another brand?
