Upgrading from 5.1 to 7.1 looking for advice.

Hey everyone, looking for advice on upgrading from 5.1 to 7.1, let me get straight to the facts:
Looking for advice on what to do for the 2 extra speakers I will need, looking to spend around $100-$200 for the pair.

TV will be mounted above fireplace, about 10' away from couch.
All speakers will be wall mounted.
Room is about 30 feet wide by 20 feet.
TV-50pk550,
receiver-Onkyo tx-sr508
Speakers- (Polk) RM8 center, 2 RM8 satellites, 2 RM7 satellites, PSW110 Subwoofer.
Will be used for,(In order from most to least)
video games via xbox-360 and PS3, Netflix via Xbox 360, Blu rays via PS3, Cable via Comcast HD cable box.

Forgot the most important part! Question is what to do for the new speakers, if I should get 2 new for the back, or two new for the front or surrounds and move 2 of those to the back?

Whatever the better speakers end up being, put them up front.

So should I use the 2 weakest speakers, for the back, or surround?

I'd put them in the back, although honestly the surrounds should match for optimal results.

If you're already using a pair of RM7 speakers for surrounds, just get another pair for consistency.
