Hi, I just setup my new Panasonic 42" ST30 Plasma TV, if I connect an HDMI with Ethernet Cable from my PC to the TV, will I gain internet access from my TV, or for internet access do I need to run a regular Ethernet cable from the TV to my Router?

No, Ethernet will not be provided even though you have an HDMI with Ethernet cable. Both components (source and sink) must support Ethernet over HDMI for the capability to be available. We know of no products currently supporting the capabaility.

So, yes, you will need to run an Ethernet cable just as if you had a regular HDMI cable.
