Panasonic tc-p60st30 @ Fry's $1099

Today and tomorrow only.

On the fence if I am going to pick up one. My mitz 57in DLP has a nice milky way on it now. Should I drop the hammer on this deal or wait for a better plasma?

Great basic price! What is shipping cost? Tax? Return Period / Restocking?

Our 60" ST is afflicted with both the Green Blob and Pink Tint flaws: the former has diminished (but NOT vanished) over time, whereas the latter has grown WORSE with aging.

Am very glad we have the advantage of Amazon's Extended Holiday Return Policy...

I live very close to one. Taxes, but no shipping. Shipping would be 140. 60 more for white glove service.

Fry's has no restocking fee for returns. You can return the TV up to after 30 days from the purchase date. This only applies to the B&M purchases. Website has a completely different policy. I regret ordering the 65ST30 from Amazon now. I paid about $1720 for that. By the way Fry's had this one even cheaper 3-4 weeks ago. It was $999. For Bay Area Fry's there is a $70 shipping fee. You cannot pick up TVs 55" and larger from the store in the Bay Area.

Not a bad deal for people who live near a Fry's. Is this a B&M offer or is it available online at this price? The last time they had them at 999 it was only at there B&M stores.

Web site has the same price. You will have to pay for delivery.

They don't have a restriction on the screen size when you pick up the tv at the store.

They do have restrictions on the screen size in Bay Area stores as I mentioned. Please don't feed wrong information to people.

Look at: http://www.frys.com/ads/page2

Delivery required for Silicon Valley stores only.

Called Amazon 4PM EST today, and they price matched but also will charge the same shipping bringing the set to $1,239. I have waited for months for this TV so I guess I will continue to wait for a better price unless someone thinks we might not see better.

Sorry Yenal. I left out the stipulation that I live in the Dallas area. Why don't they allow you to walk out with the bigger screens in the bay area?

My bet is that you will only see better price once the 2012 units come out for the summer, and that too on the 2012 units. These 2011 units will be promoted and be done by end of today to record it for 2011 sales.

It is now or never.

I ordered it from amazon, then saw this deal, called amazon and they have price matched it to 1238.99.

Nice!

While I think the price might drop again before the 2012's I went ahead and got the price match from Amazon. Looking forward to having it.

From what I read somewhere, apparently a lot of people sued them/disputed charges when Fry's employees dropped the TVs while loading them into the customers' cars. Some customers might even have broken their TVs during transportation themselves and blamed Fry's. Take all this with a grain of salt.

Best Buy on the other hand does not charge anything for home delivery. They also have no restocking fees.

Correct [It is now or never]
I also got them to price match.. there was no problem at all. They quoted me also 1238.99 and I snatched it. The lowest they have done is 1285 according to camel and over that I believe they will add $66 for standard shipping. Here we got everything for 1238.99 and I was ready for that (seeing your mail) so I took it immediately.
Bring it on .. am ready now.. my mount is already hanging there from my previous tv which I returned.. the sorry 60 inch Aquos Quattaron LED which I promptly returned to walmart.. that was no match for my current 50 inch 5 year only panny
