Need Help DIY Screen LED Projector

Thread Starter
I have ordered the following projector Casio WXGA Projector (XJ-M240) and would like to know before building my DIY projector screen which WA laminate to use because I'm afraid that the led might not fair so well to the laminate and cause hot spots. I am setting up in a light controlled space.

Also since this projector can also display the resolution in WSXGA+ mode should I tailor my screen to 16:10 aspect ratio or 16:9 aspect ratio. what have you guys found to be the best experience?

No "as is" WA-Laminate will specifically assure you of no Hot Spotting.

Consider instead a different Substrate, perhaps with an additional painted coating.

BTW, what area of the US do you dwell in?
