Denon generally doesn't release information on the new year's models until April.

K, thanks. These models are already two years old so I was hoping for some good rumorers out there. I have an 3806 with not working Video DAC's and want to upgrade to a **12 incomand series and there only at 3312 right now.

The 3312CI is the highest level model released in the XX12 series. The 4810CI is 2 years old, the 4311CI was just released Oct 2010. Going forward the 43XX series will be Denon's new flagship model as the 5308CI and AVP are being discontinued.
