PS3 3D glasses any good? - Page 2

Yep, $39.99. I picked up a pair for my yet to arrive 46hx929. I find that the ps3 glasses seem to work very well with my eye glasses. The ps3 glasses just rest on top of my eye glasses and the nose piece doesn't even touch my nose. Don't think I could ask for a better fit.

I just picked up 1 from bestbuy $39.99 (they had in store demo) much more comfortable than my crappy Panasonic gen 1 glasses. They are charging now will post how they are later. I only watch 3d movies in a very dark room so I wont notice any reflections on any set.

Saw these also.

I've been looking for the 3rd gen panny glasses for my st30 but can't get them anywhere at msrp, even so, they are sold out almost anywhere. 2 pairs of the 3rd gen at Amazon are $229 and BestBuy is ~$200 for 2 pairs of the 3rd gen (if you can find them), $160 for 1 pair of the 1 gen panny's

I just picked up 4 pairs of the sony's for ~$160 with the BB sale. I'll open one and if I don't like them I can just return them, or keep 2 as spares (guests) and keep looking for the panny's.

Yeah really can't beat that price....I'm hoping I get mine soon because if they work out I'll buy another pair.

Good price for $39 at BB.

So, are these the best bang for the buck for a 2010 Samsung LED? Or should I look elsewhere?
I love these compared to the Sony 250's. Even more light weight and the fact that you can tilt your head almost 90 degrees before losing the 3d is a huge plus. I didnt notice much difference in brightness either

i will make adapter to use sony ps3 3d glasses on any 3d tv woth active sync to play simulview (2x fullscreen gaming)
can anybody read IR-Emitter-Signal from ps3 tv?

As mentioned elsewhere, they do fit pretty snugly on the side of the head and although the leaflet that comes with them says "You can adjust the nose-pad to fit the shape of your nose" I haven't figured out how. That being said, they do seem to work great and for $39 are a steal.

I got an extremely good deal on my 3rd gen Panny glasses ($57), but that deal is long dead. From reviews, I know my glasses are extremely good, but for only $40, if any of you think the quality is even close, I'd like to get these for family members/friends.

Really???

You must be referring to the Sainsonic glasses listed as working for Pannys. Cheapest price (from a 3rd party seller) I see listed there is $135 shipped for new ones and $105 shipped for used. Crazy!

I've got the Pannys (bought 'em right before Xmas for $79 shipped from Amazon), Epsons and the PS3s. For ME, the PS3s work just as well as the Pannys and for the $39 I paid for them on sale from Best Buy were a terrific bargain. JMHO

Not currently in-stock, but I believe shopblt is your best bet.

Edit: Just got an email that my order for the small pair is shipping.

Haha, sorry read that wrong. Read title for PS3 glasses and was assuming thats what he/she was asking.

I got 2 pair of the 3rd gen panasonics from ebay for 150. Quite a few available on there and I can vouch for them being legit, just got mine in today and watched green lantern.

The PS3 3D glasses are on sale again for $29.99 at bestbuy.com. (Note: You can only order 3 at a time on the website). I did 2 orders of 3. This is the cheapest I have seen them and They work great with my Epson 5010 projector. Karl

Cheapassgamer deals forum says that some Kmart's have them on clearance for $20. Gonna try to hit one up today, if not off to Best Buy.

I now have 2 pairs of Epson 3D glasses and four pairs of PS3 3D glasses. I always use the PS3 3D glasses in my HT, which is non-reflective.

I just bought a Panasonic 3d blu-ray player that supports checkerboard for my Mitsubishi WD-73C9. I set everything up and the 3d appears to be working but my two pairs of PS3 3D glasses have an annoying issue with the right lens flashing a black line whenever the picture gets dark. Anyone know what is causing this? Thanks.

has anyone gotten these to work with a sharp 2012 3D TV?

Is there an easy way to re-sync them?

I just bought two pairs for $45 each to go with the 55ST30 being delivered to me on Thursday. I was looking for the Panny glasses, but they're sold out everywhere in my city.

Did these glasses work? I am looking at buying the same TV (maybe get the 60') and I read somewhere that the PS3 glasses do not work with the Panasonic due to either the TV or the glasses being incompatible due to one using IR the other using Bluetooth

I can confirm that these work great with my sony hw50 projector. They are about the same as the glasses that came with my projector. It is too bad that sony thinks we are running and jumping while we wear them, why else woulf they design them to fit so snug on the back of your head. Other than that they are pretty comfortable.
Hey all,

FYI that BestBuy now sells these for $19.99 ea., I just bought five more to bring my total to 10 Sony's and the two Epson's that ca,e with my projector.
Can anyone confirm if these work with the Panny WT50? On amazon some are saying they don't work with the Panny 2012 plasmas but I didn't see anything about the WT50. Would much prefer these over the overpriced Veira ones or the non-rechargable Samsungs. Thanks!

Honestly, I am curious to see how the PQ holds up vs. Blick and Panasonic Glasses/.

I just bought a 55st50 and 4 pairs of these ps3 glasses. They say they are universal but I can't manage to get them to sync up to my TV or hell, even the ps3. Is there something I'm missing? I charged them to full then just pushed the power button to turn them on. They flash a red light every couple seconds so I know they're on but they just don't see to want to allow me to view 3D content.

Currently $26.45 + P&P on Amazon, most other places sold out, P&P higher on eBay for Buy Now.
I live in Europe & these items are NOT avail. for sale here (damn), I bought 4 sets from the US.
They work great with my Epson 3010 Projector, as I accidentally smashed one of the $99 official glasses. :-(
