First of all, please accept my apology for for the personal attack. As I have stated before, I have come to realise that getting mad at you is like getting mad at the Cashier at Sears because a Craftsman lawnmower bit the dust while under warranty. The chances of you having much to do with bureaucracy behind the scenes is probably pretty slim.
