80" Sharp questions ???

I currently have the 70" Sharp and LOVE it,,,, but the 80 incher is really what I want now (my 70 incher has shrunk too much)

Is there going to be a updated version of the current 80 incher coming out that will have 240hz and 3D.

Anyone have any info on this or is it just wait till CES to find out ?

I have a buyer for my 70 incher and I hate to wait till after CES for fear of losing the buyer I have that wants my 70 incher NOW.

Unfortunately I think the chances of someone who actually knows the answer to your question responding with anything substantive is extremely low. The good news is that CES is basically here, so if there's going to be an announcement, we'll see it soon.

That said, it could be that they announce it now to ship in say June. So whether you sell today or 5 days from now (after an announcement) you may be without a set for some time.

I too am potentially interested in the 80" you described...

Or it could be the same as they did with the current 80 - it was never announced as far as I recall.

The 80" 632 just came to the Seattle Costco store #1, for a very "sharp" price. I would guess a newer model with more processing / features will
be available to other retailers / channels in 30 days or less...
