Hey folks, I'm new to the forums so first I would like to say Hello!
Ok so I have a sony STR-DE485 receiver, and I think its time for an upgrade. I would prefer something with multi-channel input and multiple spdif inputs. The main thing I'm worried about is the bass. This Sony receiver pushes crazy amounts of bass to my towers, and I don't want to lose that. I've read in reviews that allot of receivers don't have that low end bass output to the main front towers.
Long story short, I need a new reciever around 500$ that is going to have good bass response, and is going to be a worthwhile upgrade to my current receiver.
