Lots of components - need advice

Hi all...just moved into a new house and inherited a bunch of audio gear to complement what I already had but looking for best way to piece it all together. Ideally want to run everything from my iTunes.

The ingredients:
-24 in-ceiling speakers throughout the house (probably 5 logical 'zones')
-Niles systems integration amp Sll230
-Niles sps4 speaker selection system
-sonance vc508 volume control
-simple tech simple share server
-netgear prosafe 8port gb switch gs108
-2 x sonos zp100
-sonos cr100
-AT&T uverse pace 380lhgv
-Bose sound dock
-Bose Cinemate GS Series II home theatre system
-M-Audio AV40 powered speakers
-2 x Apple airport express
-Apple TV
-WD Live
-Wii
-iMac
-various iPads, iPhones and iPods
-3 PC's
-2 samsung smart tv's
-2Tb external drive with all my media content
-and a partridge in a pear tree

My dilemma is that I'm sure I could cobble stuff together but I want to really make all this stuff sing and dance. Any recommendations on the best recipe to piece it all together? MUCH appreciated!!

Ok, half of that list aren't audio-related. The partridge should be brought indoors for the winter.

Hook up the Sonos units' line outputs to the Niles amp to run all the zones, control them with the iPods. Garage sale for the rest...
