Has anyone seen this by chance? It's a conversion, but I'm curious how the 3D turned out. It's region locked, but I have a modded Oppo, so no worries.

I remember reading a user review saying the 3D wasn't too bad. Don't remember much else. I'd check bluray.com it's the holy grail of 3D blu ray info

I actually prefer to use this site, but they are a lot more active in posting and enthusiastic about newly released 3D blu rays over there

Are you sure it is region blocked? Most of the blu-ray 3Ds from Germany have no problem playing in the U.S.

Oh I dunno for sure, Amazon says it is, but you never know till you plug it in(or until someone does).

I checked on Amazon.de (Germany) and it is definitely showing as being region locked (B) - even blu-ray.com is showing it as being region locked.

A lot of these non-3d theatrical german releases aren't any better then the conversion your TV can do.

If it wasn't in the theater in 3d, and it isn't a 3d rendered animation that's been re-rendered in 3d you're better off just watching the 2d disc converted by your TV and save the money.
