Recording Device On a Budget?

A simple and short question so that everyone can answer!

I'm looking for a portable recording device.
The requirements are:
-Be under $100
-Have a threaded mount for a tripod
-1/8" external mic input

Optional:
-The device may be video recording
-A shoe mount for an external mic

Exceptions:
-If the device accepts at least a 130 decibel level cap then it doesn't need an external mic input AND therefore not needing a shoe mount

What I have done:
Looked through B&H and and Vistek.ca
No luck.

I found that the Zoom H1 does what I need it to do, it may have been rated to be flimsy build quality. Anyone have other suggestions?
