Well, I had many issues with my A-300, and I even opened a ticket with them, and I made numerous calls to them. PCH Tech acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and made it seems like it was my fault it wouldn't work.
I spent countless hours trying to make it work, and I even re-ripped my whole library to a different format and rename every file as they said to do, and I still was having issues. I had to rescanned the whole drive every time I added a new movie, which took like 2 hours or more due to my large media library. It lost sound, and the jukebox never worked right.
So, I got tired of it, and I read to them what the description of the A300 was supposed to from the box and their website. I told them the A300 did not do what it was supposed to do, and they agreed for me to send it back and got 100% refund.
