HDMI not working on Samsung 52" TV

Hi, My HDMI inputs are all glitchy on my TV. I have three HDMI inputs. When I plug my PS3 into any one of them, it keeps giving me "Searching for Signals" and "Mode not supported". I have to jiggle the cable connection at the back in order for it to work -- and sometimes I am back there for 10 minutes!

The weird thing is, it is on ALL HDMI inputs where I have to jiggle the cables.

I went out and bought a new HDMI cable, but the exact same thing is happening.

It was fine for the last year, and just started happening.

I am sooooo puzzled by this. Can anyone offer any suggestions, or is it just in need of servicing ($$)?

Thanks! (The PS3 picture does usually show up if the cable is in angled in the right position.)

.. an update. I hooked up just a DVD player with HDMI and that played perfectly. So, it seems to be not a problem with my TV, but rather with my PS3.

Not sure why though...

Well then I'd say to get some component cables for the PS3 and else it that way. At least then it will work.
