is 200w psu enough to power a intel g620?

i'm planning to build an super budget htpc. its only going to be used to download off usenet and play 1080p mkvs. it will be with an intel g620 cpu and a dvdrw optical drive. will a 200w psu be enough?

I'm powering one and a SSD with 120 watt PICO.

G620 w/ 72W power supply here with no problem. In real usage it never goes over 40W w/ an SSD, 250GB notebook drive and a tuner card.

Max power consumption of a G620 system (2 memory sticks, 1 SSD) is ~50W DC (at simultaneous full CPU and GPU load), that is the value you need to know when you choose a PSU.
