To answer an earlier question..............upon calibration of my S2, working the knobs before I set sub to 75 db's + 3 db bump............a single S2 hit 118 db's with pink noise............and I wasn't even pushing it.
I suspect 123-127 db's is doable..............at what frequency I don't know but will tell for sure once my new mic is delivered.

There are many factors at play and territoriality is one. Don't discuss competitive products HERE is a common gripe. OTOH, asking for people to compare contrast one specific product to another seems to lead to trouble.
My suggestion (I think Luke made a similar suggestion) is that if you want to pose that kind of product comparison question, start a separate Thread. Then hope you get someone "reasonable" who has actually heard both to give a take. Another is to read opinions and use PM. Either of those approaches will be the most likely to give you the unreliable information you seek.
