Hooking up 4 JBL speakers, 1 sub, need help pls!

I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get stereo output from a media player to 4 speakers (two left, two right) and a subwoofer. The speakers are JBL LSR2325P and the sub is JBL LSR2310SP.

I guess normally you would plug into the stereo inputs on the sub, and then run XLRs to the two speakers from that. I considered splitting those XLR outputs, but I'm told that would introduce noise.

If I can avoid it, I'd rather not get an expensive mixer, I really just need a way to send sound to 5 speakers via RCA, 1/4", or XLR cables.

I bet this is simple! If you could take a minute to help I'd be very grateful!

I've done some more research, what do you think of this option:
-Split L/R outputs from subwoofer using Kramer's VM-3AN Balanced 1:3 DA
-Use Sescom's SES-SBA-XLRTB6F XLR-F to Terminal Block Adapter Cable to connect XLRs to DA

Would this work? Can you think of a cheaper/easier way?
