possibility to save posts?

Is there a spot to save "posts" into some sort of personal folder. What i mean is... There are many replies or posts on threads with great information contained. I was trying to find a way to copy those specific posts and save them to a folder. I usually have a hard time re-finding those posts to use as references. It would be great if I could save these posts to a seperate folder for review at a latter date.... Cause its difficult to find them weeks down the road. I'm sure server storage space probably plays a role in this limitation. However could be offset and only available to paid subscribers as an added benefit perhaps???

Hi,

If you look above and to the right of your post, you'll see "Thread Tools". That's a dropdown that will then give you the option to download the thread.

Mr. Lang:

I mainly use the mobile version, both iPhone and android based. I can't see that tools tab on either of them. Is there a spot on the mobile version I'm overlooking? Or is it on computer based version only? Also.... Since I can't see it at the moment, in the tools portion you mentioned download thread. Does this mean download the entire thread and all posts to your computer? I was looking for a way to just save like 1 post in a thread to a folder.

Yes, it only works for the full site version and would download the entire thread. To save an individual post, I'd just copy/paste.

Very well then.... I'll keep my notepad handy while out and about and cut / paste when I hit the desk top. Much appreciate you quick responses.

Hi can we still save threads with the new format? I'm sure it's staring right at me but I can't seem to find the thread tools anymore. Thanks.

You can print to .pdf, but there's no native tool built in.

View Single Post functionality would be very helpful.
