I hope this is the correct sub forum in which to ask this question.
I guess I've been a bit spoiled by black friday sales, both retail and online. I bought a couple of catalog titles for $5, and so that seems like the norm since this is when I began buying blu rays.
Now, just about every blu ray title seems expensive in comparison, almost ridiculously expensive. Especially new release multi-disk titles for $25 or $30, like Rise/Planet of the Apes or The Incredibles.
What are the best times of the year to buy blu rays? BestBuy has a nice trade in program going on right now, which is nice. And I can occasionally find a nice catalog title for $5 here and there.
But are there specific sales days on the calendar I should be on the look out for?
