I haven't responded because I've followed the one rule of AVS, once you buys something don't ever come back! These guys will get you to swap or buy something else in a heartbeat!
I've had HSU and SVS's sub's before although I've never listened to an Outlaw. But these guys never steer you wrong. The HSU sounded like they said it would, so did the SVS's and if they are telling you the Outlaw rocks, well then I'd buy one myself if I was looking.
Just follow the advice, now that you have a good sub coming and focus on getting the most out of your equipment with a SPL meter, placement and calibration tips from the forums before you go buying another sub. It can make more of a difference that upgrading especially if you make the mistake of placing the sub so that your seat is now in a null for bass waves (like I did once when I was starting
