Room inside a room build threads? Garage conversions?

Guys, if you have ever built a "room within a room" or done a garage conversion that is similar, please link me your build threads.

I'd like to research building a sound resistant room inside a two car garage. This will actually be for a disabled person to live in and will be designed to keep sound/bass from entering the room, rather than keeping the sound from leaving the room.

My build is a room within a room that is fully soundproofed with a triple layer sandwich of OSB -Green Glue - 5/8" drywall - Green Glue 5/8" drywall.

One of the biggest benefits to the room is preventing sounds from getting in.

Mine uses double stud walls, but I didn't do complete decoupling / double drywall / green glue.

I doubt there would be much disagreement.

My build is a room within a room (except floor) with triple layer wall with great isolation properties. Link in sig.

You could build double wall filled with safe n sound then THX drywall

Or build a wall from gold bars. The gold is only a little more cost, but much heavier
