Well, worldwide it's done a boxoffice of $232,101,958 so far. Obviously DVD/BR sales add to the project bottom line significantly and I'm sure the project as a whole made plenty of money. I'd take Gary Barber's comments with a grain of salt, as it seems he was making them under the veil of negotiations regarding the future two films. MGM co-financed with Sony and IIRC, they only financed about 20% of it. What was the revenue split? He said MGM had expected to do 10% better, which is not giant, and I suspect they're angling for a more favorable split going forward.
