also my non 60P videos are rated 29fps and 59fps for the 60P ones by the OS, normal?

I have much better videos that I haven't had time to edit and post. Believe me that short clip was an example of what NOT to do.
I have posted clips in very dim light as in you could not read as the light is too low. Yet the pic is acceptable.
You need to consider just how low light that really is for a camcorder.
In the end you will buy a Canon as no other brand is as good in low light.
They make other models that are cheaper.
Panasonic is great in bright light but not so good in low light.
