I assume you are being sarcastic. It would be so nice to be able to actually watch musicians playing their instruments; and they don't have to focus so much on the vocalist.
I always thought it would be a great use of the angles function in dvd's to be able to select a musician to watch as long as you wanted, then switch to another angle for a different musician. Of course they'd need a lot of cameras... I believe King Crimson did this, but I never checked it out.
Imagine if you could watch a concert disc like you watch a real concert, i.e. watching what you chose to on the stage.
