Possible to get rx 3d passive glasses?

I know everyone's waiting with baited breath for the fabled glasses free 3DTV, but I have to wear glasses just to enjoy 2DTV. But my curse can become a blessing if I could get prescription passive lenses, which would basically be as good as it gets for me. Really sick of putting these bulky active glasses over my prescription lenses. Anyone out there know where to get a good set or have some experience with them?

Might want to call these guys up and see if they have any prescription pairs of active glasses left. I can't figure out how to order them on the site, but it says they are prescription passive glasses.

Have you looked into the clip on kind? I use them and I hardly notice them on. Check out Amazon, that'where I got mine.

That'd be the route Id go if there was no better choice. Its still an extra hassle I'd like to avoid. Right now I'm using an active set, but being able to buy a cheap set of polarized lenses from somewhere like zenni optical or other discount eyeglasses reseller would make me jump ship to passive, easily.

Has anyone tried ordering polarizing film and cutting one for use with a spare set of glasses? That can't be too hard to find or pull off...
