2x OSB enough...Riser/Stage?

I'm in the process of putting a 2nd layer of OSB on my sand filled stage and sand filled riser.
My question is simple...
Is 2 layers of 1/2" OSB enough with GG in between?

the reason I ask is because I only have enough GG to do 1 additional layer.
If I do a 3rd layer of OSB I won't have enough GG.

Thanks

Define enough and your level of OCD, I've built two and three layer risers and stages and have decided that anything I build for myself in the future will be 3 layer. Go with at least 5/8 OSB if not 3/4.

would it be ok to put a layer of roof felt in between one of the layers combined with a layer of GG?

thanks

Probably, just don't put the GG on the felt.

Big, sorry, just re-read my question and it's sounds stupid...
what I meant is, can you put 1/2" OSB ( already in place) --> roof felt --> OSB 1/2" --> GG --> OSB 1/2" ?
That would be a total of 1 1/2" of OSB. My clearance now to the soffit would now be ONLY 6' 2".

thanks

Was "sand filled riser" a typo?

I think he is planning on 4x15 inch subs on the riser.

No typo...Big is right...I have 4x 15" subs that are on the riser and then will also have 2x 12" subs on the stage.
I guess I love bass

So...I'll stick with 2x 1/2" OSB with GG in between and call it a day.
thanks
