Help with Sub to pair with Jamo S606

Wondering if the SUB pros can help me pair my Jamo S606 + Denon 1911 with a nice sub.
Constraints:

1. Budget: 300-400

2. Woofer Size: 10" or 12 ".

3. Room Dimensions: 11'6" X 20'6". Also note that the Living Room Opens Half way to the dining room.(See attached image)

4. Primary Uses: 60%movies 30% Gaming 10%music(house parties)

5. Listening Habits: I like a nice loud and deep bass. So, thinking of a sub that can go really low frequencies as well(am I asking too much for the budget?).

6. Appearance: Don't care how ugly or how pretty it looks. I just care for the quality of bass.

7. Timeframe: Not really in a hurry as the 8" in the Jamo towers will get me going(not really woofers but you get the idea).

If your room was closed off with 8foot ceilings you aren't asking too much but unfortunately your room is open

For your budget the PA-150 has reviewed well

The Cadence CSX-12 mkII is also a solid sub with a lot of output for the money and will be more than adequate for 10% music in terms of sound quality

Thanks folks. Someone else actually suggested Rythmik FV12. Any comparisons or second hand info on the same. No offense to the suggester, but, want to get more info on this.
Also, I have noticed that all three wont go to 20hz. Is it even possible to get a sub that do that freq. but in the price range?

I would have suggested that subwoofer along with the Epik Legend, HSU VTF-2 Mk4, or Outlaw LFM-1 Plus but they are more than $400

Rythmik has alot of happy users here but they are more than $400

So, www.acousticsounddesign.com offered me the BIC pl 200 for 279 delivered. Way within my budget and I know from other posts that it is a decent sub. Opinions , thoughts, concerns?? anyone?

If your usage is only 10% music, The BIC is a solid choice as it is not known to be the most detailed with music.
